    Hi there,
    I'm literally looking for an eBay account, preferably from the UK. It must have passed all the verification process as I need to sell items on it instantly. I'll be paying depending on the amount of feedback on the account e.g:
    0 feedback but verified > $5
    10 feedback > $8
    etc...

    this cannot be done without a real credit card, and i doubt anyone will give you real credit card info because you could withdraw.

    Please dont consider this advertising, but I got my PayPal verified by using a virtual bank account from here: http://vccorder.com/virtual_bank_vba.html

    Its 18 bucks, but its worth it. They also have Virtual Credit Cards.
