Buying a RuneScape Maxed Account!!!

[dbagger]

Hello DBagger here

I'm wanting to buy a runescape account with at least 99 in all skills, So pretty much just an account with a "Max Cape".
lol pretty much.. Oh and i don't really care if its flat broke or not...
anyways, if you have an account with these requirements and are willing to sell it to me that would be totally EPIC.
I'm offer $279 for the account.

I would also like you to verify how ur the creator/owner of that account, for this account buy ill want to use an Official middleman just to make this safe.

Hope someone can help me out.
Thank you and have a nice day

Check my thread out.
The combat 134, I've uploaded the pictures now.

I'd be willing to sell you the account for $279 worth of RSGP.
You'd have to buy gold first, then I'd get an OMM to help with the trade.

If you're interested, contact me, as I won't be checking this thread.
