    Buying A Runescape Account Safely

What all should i know about buying a runescape account?
What all things should i need to know and ask about the account?
    What are some red flags?
I'm new to this and would love to purchase an runescape account but I would like to do it without losing my money, could anybody help me out and give me some guidelines on runescape account specifically?
    Thanks! :)

90% if not more get recovered.
Make sure they are the original owner and if they have all details such as previous emails, passwords etc.
If they do not want to use a middleman. (Unless they are trusted/well-known)

So would it be better to then to just go with a power-leveling deal, if the recover rates are that high? Is somebody that provides ID even worth much via trust?

No, they can basically provide you anything but it won't ever stop them from recovering it. Having an ID of someone doesn't matter at all in my opinion - what are you going to do with it? Report them to the police? I highly doubt they'll care enough about that. But then again, I'm not experienced on this part.

Well in that case they could bot on your account and get it banned for that. Your best option would be to either level it yourself or to have someone really reputable level it for you/sell an account to you. ArcusGold for example sells accounts, they would be one of the only ones I'd trust with this.
