Buying a RS2 main

Introduction
Hi there, I'm looking for an Runescape 2 main. I am looking to spend anywhere from about four(4) to eight(8) million GP. How do you know if your account might be one I want? Simple see if you meet the requirements.

Requirements
I. Main accounts
If you have a main account that you wish to sell me please see if you atleast meet the following.
* = Not Negociatable
[Combat Skills]
Combat Level: 90+*
Attack: 70+*
Defence: 70+*
Strength: 70+*
Hitpoints: 70+*
Ranged: 70+*
Magic: 70+*
Prayer: 49+*

[Skills]
Agility: 50+*

[Other]
Quest points: 100+
Preffered DT done, and other common member quests.

[Wealth]
GP not required, but appreciated. The account must come with decent stuff, I'm not asking for a full set of dragon, but just the basics and what I will need to start on the account without having to add much is what I ask for.

II. Safety

• I am looking for accounts that have no recoveries.

• I would like FULL information, including any PINS, PHONE NUMBERS, AGREEMENT NUMBERS, PREVIOUS PASSWORDS, BANK PIN, ETC. I would like as much as possible, not all are required.

• No muted accounts

• The less blackmarks the better

• Any other common sense things.

III. Method
You go first, this will make the trade roll faster. I do not reccomend this, and I will not pressure you or push you into it. I am a leecher right now, and I do not expect or truly want anyone to go first.
Using a middleman, We can use a trusted middleman of my choice, or an official middleman.
Trusted MMs that I will use:
Shredderbeam2: Something for all mod.
Trusted MM's that are suggested to me, and that I review.

Official MMs: I'll use any, although fee's can be discussed.

Using a middleman is by far the way I want to do it. It will ensure that neither of us scams, and everyone gains reputation if the trade goes smoothly.

I'm not going to say it out loud, but is it possible for you to get msn? It's a quick installation and may become very useful along the line.
