Buying a range/mage hybrid!

I'm searching for a range/mage hybrid. The requirements are...

70 range- This is a must; if you don't have 70 range, I will not buy!
60+ mage- 70 mage prefered
43- prayer- Do not want above 43 prayer
1 or 40 def- Nothing inbetween please...

Attack and strength don't matter, but I don't want them too high (high enough to effect cb level).

Other stats don't matter.

I'll pay 2.5m for a good account. Official MM, you pay fees, or you can go first.

Your level 55 (not a pure btw) is ok, but I really need 70 range.
