Buying a pure str account.

Hey, I'm buying a pure str account. I'd like to use an official MM while buying it. There are 3 things that it must NOT have.

1. Never been members
2. No recovories
3. No bank pin

do u wont like a pure str or a pure str with atk?

 

Obviously a pure str with at least 40 attack and 45 str.
