I actually did buy one from sirrepublican2 a few months ago, he recovered it a couple days after, and now he's banned.
t'was fun, took bulk screenshots of the ModCP (etc.), lol.

 

A mate of mine has quit runescape and was looking to sell hes account.

I doubt he would be very cheap, I no he is lvl 109 has.

The Account has around 400m But I told him I would take the cash off and give him the money for it.
