Buying a LoL level 30 account

[TucanSam200]

Name isn't important to me, neither is the wins or the runes/champions. Just looknig for a backup account that I dont have to level. Not looking to spend more than 25$ for a very empty account, 30 or more for a better one.

The transaction went perfectly, he went first, no issues, great trader, highly recommended!
