Buying a high level account

Okay so I brought an account yesterday and it got locked due to the IP address change as it was a is made account and I'm in the uk and the guy didn't have the email or recovery info so I'm back buying another. I don't care about bank or anything just levels! Add my Skype: rhysbellx as it doesn't show when I have messages on here unless I refresh the page!

 

i dont think jagex lock accs for ip change. i have shared accs with other country friends. your seller must have sent recovery request so they locked it till they reset pass.
