Buying A Good Main Rsgp

[AlexVsNex]

I am looking for a main that has
Turmoil, 94+ mage, max melee, decent non-cbat skills, a good amount of quests completed. I also would like there to be NOTHING OF VALUE in the bank (if there are chaotics or untradeables etc, please leave them in). Basically, if you consider what is in the bank to add to the value, then I won't buy unless you ignore the bank value or remove it. I am buying ONLY with rsgp. I got scammed for 200M about 3 months back, and didn't even get the account (it wasn't even worth 200M; but I thought I could trust the guy...)

quitting runescape, i have 2 main acounts mine and my flatmates. Mine has 317 questpoints 2000+ total level, firecape and 0 gp in the bank
flatmates has max melee, 210 quest points, 50M in the bank

I would also like someone with decent vouches; because a newcomer wouldn't give a rats ass if he got IP-banned from sythe. I'm sorry, but even with an OMM not everything is safe
