Buying a F2P pure!

I i'm currently looking at buying an account.
F2P!
I have bought 2 accounts, with members all revoried back.
I will only buy the account if it has never been a member.
~Melee Requirments~
40-50 or 60 or 70 Attack
70+ Strenght
1 Defence(not 2!)
Prayer, 1 or 31 or 34.​

~Range Requirments~
84+range(because i have 1 with 71)
1 Defence
1 prayer​

Not buying Magers.but if the account has the following:​

94 Mage = 5m extra
85 mage = 3m extra​

No bank pin
No revories
No Members Ever!
No blackmarks.(1-4 is fine) 100k of price every blk mark.​

We are using a Offical MiddleMan! Or VERY trusted.​
