Buying 9hp acct

Anyone got a 9 hp acct?
post pics and price, we either use an offical MM, my freind kmalik, or u go 1st.

How? When everyone starts at 10hp. Or thats what i thought.

 

in RSC, you started out with 1k HP xp, and in RS2 u need 1054 xp for lv 10 hp, so there are 9 hp accts out there.

 

how muchu pay?

 

I remember my pure ranger when the game started out had 9 hp...so yeah, they did exist.
