Buying 9HP Account [RSGP]

hey guys
i am looking to buy a 9 hitpoint account with all other combat stats at 1, if it has skilling levels i dont mind as i will be turning it into a skiller anyway

looking to pay around 20-25m rsgp for it, but i will pay up to 50M if it has a nice/rare name on the account, i will also swap it for an old account of mine, level 99+3 combat, 95wc,90fletching, 1400+ total.

said he would pay 50m, but then asked if i would swap a 9HP account for his account. After i said no he just signed offline. wouldn't advise trading with him as he is a newcomer and is very sketchy.

also i dont think i'll beable to get the 50M anytime soon :s but if you still have the accounts when i get the 50m i'll buy one
