I could do this in maybe 5 hours or so depending if you can access sophanem and would take a small fee of 3m

 

You should just do the buyers and cellars quest (up to 3rd sub-quest) then train on the pickpocketing volunteers while opening the cage doors (and higher level chests) every time they reset, can get it done in a few hours easily.
