Okay, I have no idea what the FUCK is going on. I sold 1b on the 11th to Nerfed for $230. After I gave him the 1b, he gave me $94 and I actually had to ask him where the rest of the money was. He said it would come in around 24 hours.

3 days later, and I still don't have all the money. I came home today to find that Nerfed is banned, offline on Skype, and my PayPal balance on -$85.50 USD. I checked my email to be greeted with a lovely message informing me that an unauthorised account activity claimed was recently filed against the transaction I made with him.

PLEASE sort this out. This is not how a business should be ran.

 

So does this mean if invocation wants to stay unbanned, he has to repay the people who were scammed?

 

According to KMJT, Nerfed was banned for scamming 2b.

I've actually never been in this situation before, I just wanted to sell my money due to me quitting EoC. Could someone walk me through how I can win this dispute?

I assumed he needs because he was doing business with Nerfed before he got banned.

Regarding your dispute, if its an unauthorized claim, it'll be hard to win though. Close to 99% impossible.
