I'm currently buying between 30-100m all dependent upon your price per mil.


My payment method would be: PayPal. (Verified and I can Claim/Cancel.)


I'm looking for about $2.50-$4 per mil. The cheaper the better.


Due to scammers, I cannot go fully first, unless your VERY trusted.

The options:
You can go first.
Middleman. (You pay half.)
50/50.
