    hello i am trying to buy 300m rsgp at .5-.55 per mill. i will be paying through my verified pp. i will go first to the trusted i will not go first if your not trusted if omm is to be used you cover the fees. i will not use pa. anything on pa will be reported as spam

    TWC, without PA theres is a very high chance he can chargeback.
