I won't do PlayerAuctions; their fees make a 2B purchase about $200.00 over what I'm willing to pay. Also, an OMM is just as safe (if not safer) than PlayerAuctions.

Oh, I guess I was wrong.. The top few sellers on PA are selling 2B for around $1300, which is $200 over what I was willing to pay; I guess their base price is just more than mine.

Anyway, PA does have a monthly spending cap, and since 2B is over that, I'd prefer to do it not on PA. Thanks for the offer though!

This is INCORRECT Playerauctions filters the payment if it has fraud involved in it. An OMM cannot filter a payment or a chargeback he can only make sure that it goes through. A Person can chargeback for upto 60 Days after payment is made. Beware.

Yes, I know that now, that's why I posted a reply. Either way, PA does have a monthly spending cap, which is why I want to do this with PayPal. A PayPal gift payment is non-refundable, so it's safe for both parties.
