Alright thanks guys, its still says pending so if i get his money i'll just re send it to him because i have sold my rsgp to someone else and that went instant.

Make sure to use the REFUND option on paypal, do NOT send him a new payment yourself. In that case, he could chargeback you his own payment and keep yours.
