I would like to buy 250M RSGP through moneybookers.. Only going to buy if you have 300+ vouchs. I know that's a high standered but I don't want to be scammed...

That's the problem.. I would normally just buy on pa but I have exceeded my $200 limit and to buy anything more from pa I have to supply my drivers licence, bank statements etc. load of bs if you ask me. Also I can buy through payPal. You guys probably don't trust me because I'm new but oowell.
