Buying 20m 10 dollars

Im new to buying gold on here so could anyone help me out on this? Is there a particular middle man that i should find, or go through playerauctions? Also i keep seeing Omm fee or onn not sure. Can you tell me what this is? Finnaly, am i asking to much (20m for 10)?
