I have a 100$ Visa Gift Card, meaning I would wish to pay around .5-.4 a mil, since I'm buying in BULK.

What I would like is to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about. What do I mean by that?
Well I want someone who knows what for of payment I can send money, using the visa gift card, in increments of as low as possible, without any Fees
