Buying 1B EOC GP, 100m at a time

The title almost says it all...

I'm buying 1B in 100m increments to keep it safer for both of us involved in the trade. I'm looking to pay $0.20/M on the last trade I will pay $30 to cover the PayPal $0.30 transaction fee's as well as the PayPal 2.9% fee per amt.

You do know you will have such a high risk of Jagex banning you straight after the trades because of the volume of trades your planning to do. 10 100M Trades will no doubt flag the seller and your IP's

What would be the best way to go about the trade, and the safest? How does jagex keep track of trades? (Note: I'm not being sarcastic, I'm a bit green at doing larger trades, I truly want to know as my acct is from 2001. Thanks!)
