The title pretty much says what I want. I'm paying 77 cents per mil.

I don't want to buy anything less than 5m. It's just a waste of my time. If it's less than 5m, I'll only pay 75 cents per mil.

I'm not entirely against going first under certain circumstances. It really depends on the situation and who you are.
