Hi guys, I am new to this so I am going to get this out there off the bat.
I know how this site works, I had another account on here about 2 years ago and got scammed and quit RS, I am getting back into it and I know newcomers are not liked or trusted and I completely understand.
MY account is lvl 106 w/ 13? qp if that helps... I know that has something to do with the limit of how much gold can be traded or something like that.
I pay with PayPal, I am Verfied and it is Bank Account funded.

Please get me on there, I don't really know how I will get the money after this terrible update RS did, but hopefully someone can explain it to me...
