Option 2 = 10m RS Eoc = 1b soulsplit. (150m in stock).
Option 3 = Runescape 2007 gp. (10m in stock).

Your going to have to bare with me, I work fulltime, so I can't be on 24-7.

I have a few M in SS1 GP and I have about 3B ATM SS2GP

 

We'll Im trying to buy 10b ss1.
It's better for me to buy in bulk, or atleast 1-3b at a time.
It's faster, and it's less work for me
