buying 1 prayer ranger

i am buying a low lvled ranger around 60-70 combat and would like it to have either pure range and 1 def or high range with 40 def or 50 def n str.

if its the pure range which i prefer it needs to buy mid 80's or low 90's range
for the tanks i would like low 80's and high 70's range

we will use official or highly trusted mm

oh and if u read the post 1 pray is a must due to that i will be staking

^^ ill double that, i have a 1 def pure i can train real quick to 40 def and it would be a good staker, all depends on the price
