    As seen in the Gyazo Wilson is Butterfly his only contact. This on its own might not be that suspicious maybe. But Wilson got banned yesterday and Butterfly joined today. So they couldnt have met on Sythe. Also it is suspicious (at the least) that Wilson got banned yesterday and Butterfly joined today.
