[Food] Wendy's - Bacon Queso Burger Review

I haven't had an item I wanted to post a thread for in a while, but I knew this was one. They also have an orange cream soda available that I didn't get. I'll stop by Wendy's soon and try that out - you cannot go wrong (usually) with orange cream soda.

This product just came out, so I figured I could risk it with the bad location.

As you can see, the bacon is as raw as ever. I should have taken it off, but it did the burger no justice at all. Probably the worst bacon I've had in a while. That's the only part they could have messed up in a perfect world.

The salsa that's on the top bun smells sweet and sour - taste like it too. You smell that salsa and it just smells like a bad salsa. I'd order this without the salsa, or maybe get it put on the side. I think this was all I tasted. Mixed with queso.

The queso was either flavorless, or really nasty paired with the salsa. I cannot tell what the case was, and I tried to eat the last bite with no salsa on it, but it still tasted like something bad.

Shame. The queso was inspired by testing the best quesos in Austin, Texas. Something went wrong somewhere, or this bad Wendy's managed to ruin a new item.

1/5 - nothing redeeming about this burger. At all. I don't think a better made one would be much different. Worst Wendy's item EVER.

I would not get this again. Yuck.

If anyone out there wants to try their queso, I believe they have bacon queso fries as well for $1.99 that'd probably give a better experience.

Whatever. Wendy's ruined me.

Quoting you. This, a Mexican burger does not make. I've had burgers with all sorts of junk on them, and would never call them anything other than a burger.
