@Rent4RS has an identical avatar as mine without permission. I pmed him and he told me Johnson made it for him who has already been banned for plagiarism

 

Undeleted the posts since there's no need for a private report here; there's nothing confidential being shared. Do you have any proof of having paid for the signature of yours? @Rent4RS Did you pay for yours aswell?

When speaking with johnson he did say he would make something nice for me I paid him a good amount for it and he changed the avatar 3 different times since someone else did a bad job on my last one. he offered help

 

If @Stewie is able to provide proof of him having paid for the signature aswell, but before the date you have you can expect our ruling to be ruled in his favor thus resulting in you needing to remove it as avatar. I agree that they look nearly identical (the partyhats make it even more obvious) and if @Johnson even slightly cares about his Sythe account ever being able to have in good standing again then I'm sure you can work something out with him.

 

Its understandable and if i have to remove it i will do so. not here to cause any harm or grief between one another. i did pay decently high price for this and dont have more money to pay for another one

I feel bad that @Rent4RS is a victim here. If you manage to get rid of the partyhat in your avatar and maybe have it used a different colorscheme than purple I am totally fine with it
