    Now, the reason why I suspect them of being the same person is because the user BumBum and legancd both share that particular IP which is shown within the IP audit. If you check that IP along with the other user Shine20078's IP audit they are the only 3 users who have ever used that IP address within the history of sythe.org (now think about that for just one second, how does that make sense?) which leads me to believe that the account Shine20078 is one of BumBum's friends and BumBum is legancd.
