    Building my First PC -HELP-

hello guys, so i am gonna need help building my first pc,
my budget would be probably over 500$ considering i get paid weekly
so id be able to buy new parts every week.

most games i will be playing wow, rs, over watch, steam games,
    call of duty.

i need help picking the list on what to buy
told my cuzo to help me but he never got back to me.

i was just gonna buy a pre built but read comments on how
companies like to use parts that are used or whatever.

so thought id give it a shot and build one.

    using the Sythe communities help.

    what i need for now

    *Part List
so i can start ordering the parts.

would be looking to upgrade the parts in future.

    thanks in advance!

Well, what kind of resolution do you intend to play on, I assume 1080p with your budget, are we considering peripherals? such as keyboard, mouse, headphones? what do you already have? what monitor do you have? what graphics do you want to play on? will this computer only be used for games? What audio installation do you have?

How many hours on average do you expect to use this system? Will it be on 24/7?

These are things that need to be considered before building a PC.

I think your budget might hinder you. $500 isn't really that much for what you want.

The best you'll be able to get is medium - medium high for $500. Unless you have parts or old desktops lying around. But there are tons of budget build videos on youtube. Just look them up on there.

I built a budget 1080p Ultra desktop earlier this year for $390.

Thats quite a good deal you got on your GPU, Im surprised, congrats. But Im not sure that i3 would play Ultra 60 on OW.

Plus your ssd was already owned. Additionally, that 120 gb isnt going to hold much if you play a lot of higher end games, and I normally use my desktop for work as well. Id wouldnt use anything under 512

OP here's what I would do.

    4gb RX-480 on Jet (use TRIPLE15 code) -$170
    8gb DDR4 Ram - $50
    intel G4560 - $60 or
    i3-7100/7300 ($100-135) with TRIPLE15
You can also spend an extra hundred bucks on an i5 but I no longer think they're ideal for gaming price wise.

since you're building over a few weeks:

    browse /r/buildapcsales for the folowing:

A case ($20-40). A cheap looking case will affect re-sale value. Big mistake I made.

PSU-- (I'd go for 430-500W by a quality brand-- read the comments and reviews-- and around $35),

SSD-- ($220/gb $110/512MB $60/256MB is a good price. I think SSDs are going up in price atm though. A 1TB HDD and 120GB SSD for the OS isn't a bad idea either)

Mobo-- I went with a really cheap one but look up the features you want and MAKE SURE IT FITS YOUR SOCKET.

Let me know if you have any questions on anything!
