Should i go amd or intel?
Also wondering about a good case
And do i need any other fans or cooling systems?
All products which are avaliable to me are avaliable at: www.pricespy.co.nz

Note: Already have a CD/DVD writer

I just wanted to get some feedback on this system

cheers

I don't recommend using an old case, unless it's already a case from a custom built PC (IE ATX). Dell and the like have their own fucked up form-factors. Also, depending on what sort of gaming you're doing, that machine would be pretty underpowered.

What's your budget?

um the case is one from a packard bell.
The problem is that i am in new zealand so parts are quite a bit more.

This is not a good idea. Stuff probably either won't fit or will be really annoying. Especially the PSU

okay fair enough.
www.pricespy.co.nz is the site of parts which can be purchased and how much they cost (NZD) i cant find that motherboard that has already been suggested on there.

since your into gaming you will want a "asus striker extreme lga 775 nvidia nforce 680i sli atx"

i do believe it is referred to "the ultimate gaming motherboard"
