How they scammed: Was selling gambling bot, we had a agreement on a custom script for 500m osrs.. took me a day to come up with the funds but i did and paid him. talked some more then said the services would be completed in 5-6 days. well it has been 3 weeks and still nothing. just excuses over and over, i have never seen a picture or proof he has even started it. Keeps saying he will refund but keep getting stalls (him saying oh this had come up, or this, or that. i can refund you in 5 or 10 minutes then goes ghost after everything) Complete scam and full of ****

It takes 5 minutes to issue a refund. Please refund @Chandler Cooper if you are going to be away for a while.

[Superfluous]

@Bronco Services by "please refund" I didn't mean "please block and ignore"

You will be banned til you resolve this. Please make a dispute once you've sorted things out with @Chandler Cooper.
