Breathing is a scammer

I just got scammed by him a few minutes ago.
He's offering to sell 800m at 0.55/m. I paid him 27.5$ usd through paypal. He pretended like I got the money over MSN.
I was a bit naive since this is my first time.
Here's a screenshot of when he pretended that he traded me and blocked me on MSN.
Any further proof can be provided by request. MSN convo below...

P.S. In case this guy decides to make another account on here and pretend to sell gold, his name on Paypal is Trey So...remember that.
