Break Sythe rules, nothing will happen?

Lately I've been seeying a lot of Sythe users who are just breaking the rules and getting away with it. Myself I always keep strict to the Sythe rules to prevend getting banned. It seems though that you can do a lot of things and get away with it even when I report this persons. One of the most broken rule at this moment is the fact that it's not allowed anymore to request users to fill in order forms before starting a trading process.
I see a lot of threads in which a form gets filled in when the thread itself doesn't even have an order form, which would mean that it has been requested or atleast that it wasn't on the own intend of the Sythe user.

I PM'd multiple mods about this already but mostly didn't even get a response..

This should also be addressed in light of the rs3hot unban.

Yet rs3hot scammed, and to be unbanned they would have to; and I quote

"Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)"

They are merely in the process of refunding their victim but was unbanned straight away?

 

The order forms are allowed if the person decides to fill it out without being asked/forced to do so. That photo you provided obviously violates this, but he's not the only offender as you mentioned.

The picture is quite old, it's already been brought up with Zuzel before Hopefully it doesn't happen again. If you ever see a violator, make a spam report and/ or pm me and I'll infract / request temp market bans depending on how often violations occur.

 

You are not allowed to REQUIRE users to post an order form, you are however allowed to have one on your thread with a suggestion that users fill it out. If you see blatant disregard of this rule, i.e. people filling out non-existent forms, feel free to report it. Just because you see something happening, does not mean this is allowed. We do not police everyone's threads looking for violations, but we do respond to EVERY report of a violation.

As for zuzel, this is an old picture and was brought to attention to me weeks ago. This is not at all a matter of staff being allowed to do something while others aren't. I immediately talked with zuzel about our rules on this and he agreed to not do this kind of thing anymore. I have spoken with other gold swappers about this as well, all rule violators are treated equally, staff and non-staff alike.

You quoted the rule from the pardon section which is irrelevant here. RS3hot was initially banned because they made a mistake and the solution they provided to their customer wasn't sufficient. Upon reaching a mutually-agreed-upon solution with their customer, they were unbanned.

tl;dr: See something, say something. Anyone who breaks sythe rules will be punished, no one receives unfair treatment under our system
