I told him previously my webserver went down that's why I can not check paypal's mail. Anyone that knows me knows that I wouldn't have scam for a $5 account, pretty simple.

Today, my webserver is up. Checked the mail, found out that the dispute is closed. Gave him back the account, he accepts it and now he wants the money back. Ain't he pushing his luck? If I were to scam him, I could have created a whole new account and start trading again can't I?
