Pretty sure that is made to be fake. Although the way some people play RS, I guess it could be believable. Since double exp only lasted for a total of 10 hours though, probably not true.

 

It's definitely fake, the name of the newspaper is "The Ridiculant."

I think that someone just shopped this onto an image of a newspaper.

The below story and the title of the newspaper seem legit, but the jagex one is not.

 

Alot of spelling errors in the story.

 

Obviously fake, its worded really poorly and I can find grammatical errors in there and it doesn't read very well. I know the Metro isn't exactly one of the high end newspapers but it still isn't written by a 12 year old.
