Don't use f2p, I would really use p2p if I were you.
P2p = high def bonus barrow armor + brews.
and with your money you could do it in two blows-
Uncharged dragonfire shelid and maybe a zamorak platebody.
I've done many successful transfers in p2p bh. Just stay away from middle at all costs.
