Bought a “clean” account that was not. Mods?

I dont know if this is against TOS or not. I bought an account from a well vouched for member here. He posted that the accounts were violation free. However after purchasing and going to check for myself it was not only muted but banned for botting a couple months ago. I told him and he said that his workers dont always tell him. That is a huge deal for someone spending $100+ On an account. The last thing you want is botting infringements. Is there anything i can do about this? I don’t think its fair to me or anyone else and would consider it scamming in away. Thanks!
