Runescape 7 Day Mobile Membership - Possible to create bulk accounts?

Hey guys, as some of you may or not know with the release of mobile if you sign up on a mobile you are entitled to 7 days of membership for free. Does anyone know if there is a bot or method that can be used to sign up like 10k-30k accounts to get the memberships?
