Botting is still a thing. its not as easy to get away with as it was back in 07 but it is definitely still a thing.

probably not viable to bot unless ur gonna run a farm and move all the gold before it gets banned

bot 1-2 hours a day, and vary ur bots dont just do 1 skill

Bots are a thing but Jagex' methods have become extremely intelligent, therefore Botting is not a viable option for an every day Runescape player. It's more for the bot farms.
