Heyaleks21 should of been banned.

I'm reposting this because i want another mods opinion. Although i respect bsgpsellers, he's a new mod and i would just like this had another look at.

How can you allow him to scam the money and chargeback me on paypal after i put 30+ hours into his account? This is seriously unfair.

Breifily explain how he scammed;

I leveled his account 24-30 on League of Legends and he payed me $7 which he then chargebacked.

The skype date he said he sent payment and the payment received date are the same so you know its not imposter.

I got the $7 in my paypal then a few days later it disapeared and status went from completed to held.

 

I'll just leave this here, I think you should receive a $3.50 partial refund because you did complete the service but you severely broke your ToS. However, it was only a temp ban so he did get to keep the levels or ELO that you gained for him during the service.

Only leaving this here, I'll allow another mod to take care of the report though.

 

Wasnt even a temp ban. It was a warning. It means when he opens his emails he had one there from riot saying to not break the summoners code again. His account wasnt de-valued in any way, he just got an email from riot saying not to do it again.

He gets 8 free levels and an email and i get no payment and slapped with a TWC. In what world is this fair.

 

I can't find the ToS anywhere. Does anyone have a copy of it?
