I know I am about 2 months late with this but I have really been interested in it recently.

Conspiracy theories....

I'd stay away from this. Easier to believe it, even if it's not true.

 

I am of the same view normally. I just found this one very interesting. Lots of flaws etc. Lots of things proved to be fake.

 

This. shit is getting annoying people can never accept things like they are like the people that were saying 9/11 was an inside job

 

It's so easy to put a spin on a media story, people are naturally suspicious about government, so they are an easy target for conspiracy. These stories tend to focus on the smallest of details to make you jump to the assumption that the entire thing was set up.

^ A law enforcement officer pointing a gun in someone's direction is newsworthy? This statement is here to create a response of oppression. Someone in a window looking through a lens would look like someone aiming a gun, it would have been the officer's instinct to do the same.

Here is another example of them taking something normal/ordinary and making it ridiculous. In the picture, it shows a man putting on his sunglasses, the article says he is trying to hide his identity.

Or... Maybe he wants to protect his eyes from all the airborne debris clearly in the picture? They devote half the article to this guy because he is wearing a hoodie (on a cold day?...) and sunglasses. Half the people at the damn marathon were wearing hoodies or jackets, yet they want to single this guy out like he is some sort of government ninja.

This is my favorite. They take still shot photos and act as if everyone in them is static.

Bombs create a vacuum after they explode because of the oxygen they consume, which would draw the glass in, not blow it into the shop.





I could go on and on. Just with what I wrote above, I could say "Is the Boston Bombing Conspiracy Theory a Conspiracy?" It is so easy to take a photo and make believe your story onto it.

 

People like conspiring. They see small things that don't add up because the way they happend are unlikely to happen. This, and people hate the government. This happend with 9/11 and other terrorist attacks as well.

 

The one thing that really got to me about this though is the fact the guy whos "legs" got blown of is clearly shown in early pictures sat by said windows, with 1 leg visible and holding a prosthetic leg.

 

The true conspiracy is the fact that the Russian president Vladimir Putan had called President Obama and said "If you need any help tell me" , "We are happy to assist". This call was made before even the terrorists where caught and identified as former residents of Russia. The most stunning thing about all this is the fact the Russians where the only ones who offered physical help before the two stooges where caught.

 

Your wasting your breath trying to discuss this with the public. 8/10 people are going to give you the same general response you've been given so far.

No one wants to believe something until it's made completely true. A decade ago, you'd be told you were "Wearing a tin-foil hat" if you said the government watches everything we do; then here we are in 2013 and mass leaks of spying programs coming straight from the very people who "tin foil wearin' nutcase's" tried to warn everyone about, have come to light. How inevitably convenient..

I'm going to pretend like you have read enough on either cases to make the assumption that all inconsistencies that people find are "Small things that don't add up"....

(Joking, usually the stuff claimed isn't 'small' so you might want to read up, scholar.)

 

Been reading a lot of literature about it the past few days and still have not formed an opinion myself. Just wanted to see people take the bait and INSTANT bullshit it to be honest.

 

It was the government they just picked out two kids there was even talks that Russia was after these kids because they came from the country I cant get the name in my head right now but Russia and that country aren't at best terms you could say
