Ban Evade / DNT Dispute

Hello i’ve been a sythe market watcher (Huyy0524)for the past year now and when saw what i wanted to purchase i jumped and created my first account on sythe, made a 100% smooth complete transaction with my only ever purchase, and was done, however the next week i see my account’s been wrongfully banned for “evading”, seems like my ip was traced to another name “MintyGreen” who was punished years ago for something offsite, at first i thought this was a complete mistake on sythe’s part but then i remembered way back a sibling of mine was active in the Runescape / Some random gatcha mobile game markets on another site “Epicnpc”, i didn’t really care as i wasn’t planning to make anymore sythe purchases but i would like my ban to be rightfully looked at, so my acc status isn’t looked down upon when people see my vouch, so whatever my sibling did isn’t tied to me. Due to the circumstances of your dispute you'll still be required to pardon as we can't prove who committed the off-site offences between you and your sibling. I'm not doubting the story, but this is how we proceed with any case similar to this because it's near impossible to determine the truth from our end.
