I paid Zaxxis $30 USD to hand level a toon from lvl 100-110 through Quests and Dungeons. I went away for the night and come back to see that my toon had been sitting in a Garrison from the previous expansion botting Battlegrounds. BG Botting is very easily detected and this account will most likely get banned now. And further more, not a single quest had been completed at all. I've tried to contact Zaxxis on skype to talk about this and he had ignored me after I had paid him.

Default lvl 100 starter gear at lvl 105. Bags nearly full of unopened Battleground crates, most likely due to bot not opening crates.

 

Zaxxis is pretty well known within the WoW community, so I'm going to ask his opinion on what happened and see if we can get some sort of refund/explanation for you.

What realm are you on? Seems you're connected to Shadowmoon (which is an US realm) but yet I can't find anyone with the name "NigLordGodx" on any of the connected realms with Shadowmoon, care to explain? I'd like to view your armory.

 

haomarush us. The wow armory isn't currently showing any characters made post Legion launch, and all toons on the armory haven't updated. So all you see on there is lvl 100s. EX: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/kelthuzad/Asmongold/advanced

If he doesn't reply within the next 24 hours, I will get more proof from you and issue the ban.

 

Would it be possible for you to examine my account sometime today to gather the proof so I can pay someone else to get it leveled? This alt is already multiple days behind because of this.

Also, hes posted multiple times on his services thread since I've posted there asking about this and made this thread.

Take screenshots with his unique Skype ID where you've tried to contact him and you've been ignored, assuming he's been ignoring you the last 2 days.

I don't want my personal email address on an indexed website. You have my paypal information, I've contacted you on skype with it and send it to you in a PM.

It's been over 2 days since I've made this topic and you haven't posted anything relevant other than "Post your personal email address on a public forum." You haven't address you or your workers BG boting on my account when you were supposed to be questing. And for the first 30+ hours you refused to respond on your topic, or skype or on this thread, while being online bumping your sales thread the entire time. It's apparent to anyone that you're running a shady business where you advertise hand leveling and then just bot your customers accounts and ignore any issues they raise.

At what point is it acceptable to chargeback via paypal. This is a huge waste of time leaving my alt sitting at 105 with no quests/artifact when I need it to be raid ready by the 21st. It's already way behind because of this scammer. It's not even like hes not online, he just doesn't want to address this in any meaningful way. And the leniency hes getting for "being well known" in the WoW community is pretty BS. I'm looking up his PA profile and I see many many instances of his customers complaining that he botted their accounts and he hasn't had a sale on PA in nearly a year. He's done this exact same thing before to many people.

@Crazeywolfx don't chargeback yet, just allow them to refund you, it seems like they're willing to do so. Send them your PP via PM

 

I've done it and he just ignores the PM and skype message and posts nothing relevant on here. And if my account does get banned for botting I do expect him to be held responsible. I'm just saying, most of the time when someone blatantly scams on Sythe, they get banned until they make the victim whole. This guy is actively ignoring the scam report and bumping sales threads.

The reason I haven't banned yet is because I know how trusted he is within the WoW community. I was hoping he had an explanation and could offer a refund/compensation. I will contact him again on Sythe and tell him to give you a refund asap.

 

If he ignores my recent tag then I have no problem banning him till he complies
