    find this a little fishy, Letting mods deal with it but find it weird how he waned to buy 70m 07
    And when i ask for a pm he pm's me saying he's talking with me and my skype name and his and includes a message saying check skype name... Sure enough i check skype name and its wrong Just wondering how he'd know the information... if it isn't him If it's not I'm sorry for wasting mod's time but just in case.

    Most likely a double impostor scam. One guy messages you, copies what you're saying to the "real" Service RS, and gets them to message you in the hopes that you won't notice.
    There's not much that we can do here, the PM he sent you looks fine to me. Be sure to stay alert for future scammers.
