bone bolts?

i think bone bolts are the cheapest way to 99ranged hitting 16s+ on tzhaar monsters is quite good i just wanna know if you got a cheaper way as i bought 100k of em =) so post plz

 

cheapest is soulwars/pc... cost nothing.

 

soulwars and pc take so much time though, i'd say just use bone bolts all the way with avas device and just sell whatever bone bolts you have left after 99

 

The best money:xp ratio is steel darts. There cheaper than iron knifes and hit harder. Get full void and its incredibly fast leveling.

 

I would say bronze knives are better in my opinion.

 

bronze knives are popular for range training... but if your looking to use a c'bow I would get broad bolts their the same range str as addy bolts but are like 70gp each

 

I don't think theres a cheaper way to do it but mate, bone bolts to 99 will take you months upon months, the exp is so horrible, I'd really suggest getting 55 slayer for broads, you'll still make alot of money ranging tzars because the drops always make profit over the bolts, and you'l get exp alot quicker, and time is money after all

Yeah this is true. Bone bolts are horrid slow and not that strong.

But personally I would just hunt green dragons and spend the money on red chins. You get more xp / hour in the end, I'll do a calc:

330k / hr getting hides+bones, probably more now due to inflation.
330k buys you about 392 red chins (at 750ea), and 3 p pots to go with them.

392 red chins require about 19 minutes to fire off at ape atoll skeletons. Average xp per, put it at 155 (don't get your hopes up, you WILL fuck up here and there). This will net you about 60k ranged xp.

60k x (60 / 19) = about 188k ranged xp / hr. But since you spent an hour collecting hides, and maybe another 10 mins to buy/sell all your shit and gear up, so put the total time spent at 60+19+10 minutes.

188k / 60+19+10 = 2.11xp / min.
2.11 x 60 = about 127k xp / hour.

 

honestly i spent ~35m on 94 mage using string jewlery but i saved a lot of time doing it. in that time i made about ~60m off of tricking and abby demons. You're best bet is chinning, using knifes in pc/sw or avansies. the first one is very fast yet exspensive. the second isn't very exspensive and fast, the third is mega profit. tzhaar is boring and safespotting is ftl

 

Spend way without spending gp is soul wars.
