It's at least enough to confirm his offsite ban is for scamming, if there was no proof then he wouldn't be banned there (at least hopefully?). He even stated the ban reason himself.

Messaged the website's owner ~ Awaiting reply.

 

I asked the owner of the website, he redirected me to a mod whom I asked and he said there was no report filed but the evidence was sent through pms/skype.. He also said that the user in questioned impersonated R2p, but I asked him for proof and he hasn't messaged me back yet. :S
