for somereason on my dual screen i cant play LoL and use skype on my other screen but i can use web browser so i can only talk on here unless i stop playing . but it would be something like this video.

I think you want a flash signature.
No way you can put 3 different links on one animation signature.
I don't recommend it.

Now 3 different signatures with different animations and link, but that look like theyre together. Could be possible.
